To keep the space safe, clean, and comfortable, please follow these guidelines.

SAUNA ETIQUETTE & RULES

Prior to Sauna

  • Please shower or rinse of before you arrive

  • Wear a swimsuit or athletic attire

  • Bring an extra towel to sit or lie on

  • No shoes or boots inside

  • Avoid lotions, oils, perfumes, or fragrances before sauna use

  • Enter clean and free of sand, dirt, or mud

Inside the Sauna

  • No food or drinks inside (water is okay)

  • Close the door fully each time you enter or exit

  • Keep voices low and be mindful of others

  • Respect personal space and make room when possible

  • No phones, cameras, or electronic devices inside

  • Limit sessions to 10–20 minutes per round

Water on the Rocks

  • Use a small amount of water at a time — 1–2 ladles, then wait at least 15 minutes before adding more

  • Too much water too fast will cool the stove and the room down, and it takes time to recover (potentially hours)

  • Ask others before adding water when the sauna is shared

  • Use only clean water provided

  • Do not add oils or scents unless explicitly permitted

  • If staff are not present, please follow posted instructions and be mindful to maintain steady heat

Health & Safety

  • Stay hydrated throughout your session

  • Take breaks as needed; step out if you feel unwell

  • Avoid alcohol or substances before or during sauna use

  • Do not use the sauna alone when possible

  • Consult a physician before use if pregnant or with heart or medical conditions

  • Children must be supervised at all times (if allowed)

After Use

  • Remove personal items promptly

  • Leave the sauna as you found it

COLD PLUNGE ETIQUETTE & RULES

Using the Cold Plunge

  • Enter and exit slowly

  • No jumping, diving, or splashing

  • Limit each plunge to 1–3 minutes

  • Step out if you feel dizzy, numb, or unwell

Sharing the Plunge

  • Be mindful of others waiting

  • Ask before joining a shared plunge

Safety

  • Do not plunge alone

  • Avoid alcohol or substances before or during use

  • Consult a physician before use if pregnant or with heart or medical conditions

  • Children must be supervised at all times (if allowed)

After Use

  • No food or drinks in the plunge

  • No glass containers nearby

  • No phones, cameras, or electronic devices

  • Dry off before returning to the sauna or common areas

  • Leave the plunge area as you found it
