Important Info About Your Private Tour Booking
Here are a few things to keep in mind once we have made a private tour reservation for you:
A deposit is required to hold a reservation. If you wish to have your guests pay individually we can refund the deposit on the day of your tour and charge your guests separately when they arrive.
A reservation is subject to cancellation if the deposit is not submitted after 48 hours.
Your reservation will be based on your estimated number of participants. We will be looking for the final count 3 days prior (within one or two guests).
Please let us know if there are any children under 12 years old or less than 90lbs as well as any guests over 250lbs so that we can select appropriate boats.
Private Tours cancelled with at least 5 days notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before are not eligible for a refund.
All participants must sign a waiver. The easiest way to take care of this beforehand is to share the electronic waiver, available in the confirmation email, with your group. We have paper copies available at the marina as well. A parent or guardian must sign for any youth younger than 18yrs old.
